Williams is responsible for Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Business Intelligence.  He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA Finance degree from Coventry University (UK) and a BSc. Administration (Accounting Option) degree from the University of Ghana Business School. Williams is also licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Investment Representative. He has had considerable experience in the private and public sectors, including the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission.
