We are pleased to inform our clients and general public that the National Pensions Regulatory Authority, has in accordance with Section 150(1) of the National Pensions Act, 2008 (Act, 766), approved and thereby registered IGS Financial Services Limited to operate as a Pension Fund Manager effective April 10, 2013. IGS wishes to express our sincere gratitude to the National Pension Regulatory Authority (NPRA) for the approval and undertake to abide by the appropriate sections of Act 766 “Guidelines for Pension Fund Manager” – NPRA/GD/PFM/01/11 and other conditions and regulations that may be issued by the Authority from time to time.
