Raymond is a Chartered Accountant, Investment Representative and an Economist of an appreciable professional repute. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA) Ghana, and an Investment Representative licensed by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Ghana (SEC).
He holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon, Executive Certificates in Private Equity and Real Estate Investment from the Said Business School, University of Oxford, a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Financial Management from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts (Combined Major) degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Raymond has over 18 years experience in investment management and advisory, financial management, financial accounting and international financial reporting (including financial reporting in the mining and financial services industries), auditing, internal controls, risk management, and economic policy. He previously worked with multi-national companies such as Perseus Mining Ghana Limited, Golden Star Resources (Ghana Group), and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He currently has three publications on monetary and fiscal policies to his credit. His published works includes, Thesis Topic: Monetary Policy Transmission Mechanism and Inflation Targeting in Ghana.
